Emergency Room Care
Coquille Valley Hospital has a well-equipped emergency room with
physicians available 24 hours per day. A general surgeon and an orthopedic
surgeon are also available for consultation and treatment.
The hospital encourages and assists all nurses to become trained in advanced life support and trauma situations. All our emergency room physicians and nurses are trauma-certified and we participate in the statewide trauma system (designed to monitor, evaluate and improve emergency medical services throughout the state of Oregon).
